We aim to provide you with an efficient and effective service and hope you will find this website useful.
This is a Group Practice with three full-time partners and two who work part-time.
Minster Surgery is a training practice which means that from time to time we are joined by medical students and GP Registrars. These are doctors who have previously had experience only in a hospital environment. This is to enable them to gain insight into General Practice and hopefully aid recruitment.
There is a Patient Liaison Group attached to the practice.

The Practice also provides additional appointments as part of the extended access scheme. Appointments are available on a Monday evening between 6.30pm and 8.00pm.
We may also be able to offer you appointments at other Practices during the week or offer a GP appointment at the Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother Hospital on a Saturday or Sunday. These appointments may not be with a doctor from this practice but with your consent the Clinician will have access to your electronic medical record.
